GEAR UP!

Attention Freshman Parents:

Gear Up will be having it's first parent meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Topics to be covered will be:

*Educational field trips
*Research on Psychosocial Development in Latino(a)
Middle School Students South Texas: Personal and Cultural identity
Development
*Pending Gear Up parent consent forms
* Technology in classrooms/Integration in Science Department

Our goal is to have at least 20 parents attend for a drawing of in IPOD Nano for a lucky parent; students need not attend. Refreshments and snacks will be provided, compliments of Gear Up; we hope to see you there!
